Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.
• Enter mobile no., then click on Generate code option for password. Password will be sent to the same mobile no. within 2-3 minutes. This password will be used for login.
• Fill up the form in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.
• Please fill the form carefully, as no correction will be allowed once submitted.
• Keep details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI ready for online payment of Registration Charges of Rs. 25/-.
• Only the registration forms paid with Rs. 25/- registration fee will be considered for further admission process.
• Make sure to save the Registration number generated at the end of online Registration process. This is required for any kind of further communication with school regarding Registration /Admission of child.
• If the filled registration form is not displayed on the screen after the payment, kindly e-mail your query at [email protected] mentioning the registration number
• Shortlisted Registered candidates will be called for an interaction/written test as per the availability of seats in the school. Date &Time will be notified on registered mobile number/e-mail id.
• Printout of the online filled Registration form duly signed by the parent along with the self-attested photocopies of the following documents are required at the time of interaction.
1. Date of Birth certificate of child.
2. Aadhar Card of child.
3. Any proof of Residential address
a. Aadhar card/UID card of the parents.
b. Voter I-card (EPIC) of the parents.
c. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport / Valid Rent agreement (in the name of any of parents in case of Rented Accommodation).
4. Copy of result of mid-term or half yearly of current class /Final mark sheet or score card of last class passed.
5. Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
